The hostel offered a great location, right in the heart of the city. It was conveniently located near a metro station and other amenities such as convenience stores and local eateries. the rooms were clean and tidy, ensuring a comfortable stay.
There were a few downsides to consider. The wifi was unreliable and frequently dropped out, which made it difficult to stay connected.

This hostel is a great option for budget travelers looking for a convenient location. It is located right next to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The historic center and a pedestrian mall with restaurants are just a short walk away. The staff is friendly and available 24/7. The shared bathrooms have reliable hot water and there is a kitchen for guests to use. Laundry service is also available. When staying here, you can feel safe knowing that the rooms are off a single narrow hallway, providing added security.
The rooms are on the smaller side.

I had a great time at Hostal Ciudad De Mexico. The location was perfect, right next to a metro station and close to town. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early and assisting with my bags when the elevator wasn't working. Despite a few minor inconveniences like a temperamental shower and noisy neighbors, I still enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff at Hostal Ciudad De Mexico were incredibly helpful and accommodating during our stay. They went out of their way to assist us with any requests or concerns we had. One particular instance stood out to us - when we arrived late at night, tired and hungry, the receptionist kindly recommended a nearby restaurant that was still open and even called ahead to make sure they could accommodate us. It was a thoughtful gesture that made us feel welcomed and taken care of.

My stay at the hostel was fantastic. It was incredibly affordable for the location and I had my own private room. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman at the front office who even helped me carry my heavy bags upstairs. The shared bathrooms were clean and the shower had hot water, which was a great relief after a long flight. I didn't get a chance to use the kitchen, but it was nice to know that option was available. The hostel is conveniently located just steps away from a metro station, making it easy to explore the historic center and nearby restaurants. a great experience.
